Good habits - whether it is brushing our teeth or exercising - are so important to our life. The little things that we do help define us. NFL legendary coach Vince Lombardi famously said:

“Winning is a habit. Watch your thoughts, they become your beliefs. Watch your beliefs, they become your words. Watch your words, they become your actions. Watch your actions, they become your habits. Watch your habits, they become your character.”

These habits translate to a longer life. Some of these habits include:

Who we are as a person is made up of our habits. Steven R. Covey, who wrote the popular book “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” summarized what he believed to be important habits to get motivated:
